How can I make an inquiry on products on the website?
1. Pls send your inquiry to us by email: info@sinopartner.cn or by fax 0086-573-2722370
2.Type the following information: Quantity, Destination port, requested Delivery Date, Color, Logo Requirement.
3.Type any additional information if you think it will be helpful in determining your quote. (packing, distribution, customization requirement, rush order, etc.)
4.Your PAE will respond to your within 24 hours.
5.Your customized quote based on your individual situation can be prepared within 24 - 48 working hours.
How can I make an inquiry on products NOT shown on the website?
We can help you source any type of items under the product range of fashion clothing accessories & doll clothes and it's FREE. Simply email us at info@sinopartner.cn . Please make sure you have the following information included in your inquiry:
Product Name, Product Description, Material, Reference Size, Logo Requirement, Quantity, Delivery Address, Customization Need, Packing Instruction and Distribution Instruction. A reference picture or a website link will definitely help the sourcing speed.
Custom sourcing speed varies from product to product. On average we are able to deliver a custom quote within 24-72 working hours. During the sourcing process, we will keep you updated.
